Enjoy a box full of flavorful, juicy red deer and wild boar cuts ready for the BBQ.
Our animals are farm raised without the use of growth hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products. They live in natural open pastures all year.

Red deer and wild boar meat is mild-flavoured, naturally low in fat, calories and cholesterol. Use red deer meat as a substitute to beef or wild boar meat to replace pork in your recipes.

Pre-ordered boxes can be picked up at our farm in Vankleek Hill, at our booth at the Vankleek Hill Farmer’s Market or at our booth at the Ottawa Farmers’ Market at Lansdowne. Meat gets frozen at the provincially inspected slaughterhouse, so your freezer won’t have to work hard to freeze a box full of meat.

A typical box would contain:

•  4 red deer leg medallions
•  2 red deer loin medallions
•  1 package red deer ground or 1 package of red deer/wild boar ground mixed
•  4 red deer sausages
•  4 wild boar leg steaks or sirloin steaks
•  4 wild boar sausages
•  Recipes
