Enjoy a box full of flavorful, juicy Red deer and Red Wattle cuts ready for the BBQ.
Our animals are farm-raised without the use of growth hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products. They live in natural open pastures all year.

Our red deer meat is mild-flavoured, and naturally low in fat, calories and cholesterol. Use red deer meat as a substitute for beef. Red Wattle pork is high in protein and rich in many vitamins and minerals. It’s slow-grown, marbled and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Pre-ordered boxes can be picked up at our farm in Vankleek Hill, at our booth at the Vankleek Hill Farmer’s Market or our booth at the Ottawa Farmers’ Market at Lansdowne.

A typical box would contain:
•  4 Red deer leg medallions
•  2 Red deer loin medallions
•  1 package of Red deer ground or 1 package of Red deer/Red Wattle ground mixed
•  2 Red Wattle leg steaks or sirloin steaks
•  2 packages Red Wattle/Red deer sausages (selection of 2 flavours: mild, garlic or spicy Italian)
